One of the high strength rivets is the Monobolt and Interlock type rivets, which have the advantage of a large grip range and hole filling, which results in exceptionally high shear and tension strength values. Provides a strong vibration-resistant joint, which also reduces the risk of water infiltration (not waterproof). Due to the special pulling rod design during riveting, the mandrel is permanently fixed. Monobolt rivets require a special riveting nose piece, while Interlock rivets do not require this.

One of the high strength rivets is the Hemlok type rivet, which has the advantage of large and strong washer like forming at back side during riveting.

It has exceptionally high shear and tear strength values. Provides strong vibration resistant fixing. During riveting, the mandrel is permanently fixed due to the special locking mechanism.

No special riveting head is needed, just a powerful riveting machine like POPAvdel XT4.

Hole filling rivets have a special design that has a significant advantage over conventional rivets.

  • It has the advantage of bigger bulb forming behind the plate during riveting, which increases the tensile strength.
  • The rivet shank is attached to the rivet body so that it cannot fall out from the rivet body (recommended for electrical boxes)
  • The accuracy of the hole is less important as the rivet widens laterally, increasing shear strength and tensile strength

With the help of a rivet nut, it is easy to insert a thread into either a thin or soft material, and the strength of thread is high. This saves time on tapping or welding a nut. One-sided installation with a simple operation. The material does not deform or discolour during operation. In addition to its basic function, it can be used to fix together multiple sheets, just like pop rivets. Available in Flat, Countersunk, Small countersunk and Micro-flanged head designs, in Cylindrical, Hexagonal, Rectangular, Open and Closed versions in aluminum, steel and stainless steel (A2 or A4)or even Titanium.

Speed riveting process: Pull the cartridge paper (rivet inside) onto the mandrel, support it with a spring, and remove the paper from the rivet. Insert it into the machine. By actuating the trigger, the conical end of the mandrel extends the speed rivet's body, thus fixing the rivet. The next speed rivet is fed automatically. This series riveting method achieves a maximum of 1500 rivets per hour that lowers the labour cost.
